Quinn Property Services was formed in 2007 by Jonathan Quinn. After completing a Degree in Housing Management, followed by a career working for a Housing Association in Belfast, Jonathan recognised the potential of the Private Rented Sector to meet some of the housing need in Northern Ireland. One of the main aims of Quinn Property Services is to help increase the standard of private renting for both tenants and landlords.

If you are a property owner/landlord and have a property to rent then we will provide you with a complete or tailored service, eliminating hassle and many of the problems associated with renting property.

With the belief that nothing substitutes personal contact, the dedicated and friendly team ensure that your experience of renting or letting a property will be a smooth and a pleasant one! Right through from valuing your property to finalising the contracts, the team will guide and advise you and with years of knowing and understanding the market, while considering always as a priority your individual property requirements

We are open 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday mornings with viewings happening most evenings at a time that suits you. Meet the agent that works for you at a time that suits you.
